Information clause
The privacy of our users is our priority, which is why we make sure that your data is safe with us. It is about personal data and data stored in cookies and derivative technologies that we collect when you make a reservation / registration of a tourist event or use our Portal. We only save cookies when searching or comparing offers on our Portal.
Only when you start the booking process and fill in the contact form, your personal data such as: name, first name, date of birth, address, email will be saved.
The solutions we use are in line with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), so-called RODO.

After taking a tourist booking, the administrator of the personal data provided by you will be the organizer of the tourism event with whom you will sign a contract.

As long as you do not make a reservation, we answer all your questions about your personal data.
We will answer your questions as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days.
You have the right to request from us at any time: access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition to them, as well as processing for direct marketing purposes and the right to transfer data. As a person submitting an application or request for processing your personal data, you may be asked to answer a few questions related to your personal data that will enable us to verify your identity.
Purpose and legal basis of data processing
a) to enable conclusion and implementation of: an agreement for participation in a tourist event with a tour operator and a travel insurance contract with the Insurer, as well as within the legally legitimate interest of the data controller to care about service and contact regarding matters reserved for our through a tourist event,
b) to promote the services we offer and learn about your preferences, within the legitimate interest of the data controller. Thanks to this, we will be able to adjust the services and content delivered to you to your expectations,
c) in order to keep accounting books and settlements concluded through us through contracts for participation in a tourist event and travel insurance contracts, as well as other contracts concluded with us,
d) within the legitimate interest of the controller in order to defend our rights and pursue claims for our business operations, which may involve the processing of personal data for this purpose.
Recipients of data
Taking care of the confidentiality of your data is our priority. Due to the need to provide an appropriate organization, eg in the field of technical infrastructure, IT or current affairs of our business, access to the personal data you provide may have the following recipients:
a) Our authorized employees.
b) Entities entitled to receive Personal Data based on the law.
d) Service providers supplying us with technical, organizational and management-related solutions (in particular courier and postal services).
e) Providers of legal and advisory services and supporting us in pursuing due claims and defending our rights (in particular law and tax offices, debt collection companies).
f) Organizers of tourism, insurance companies and banking institutions with whom we have concluded agency agreements, agency agreements in the sale of products and / or provision of services, to the extent necessary for the proper execution of our agreements or contracts concluded through us.
g) Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to data recipients based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard clauses of personal data protection approved by the European Commission.
Time of data storage
The time that we will store your data depends on the purpose for which we process it:
a) In the case of data processing in order to conclude and implement a tourist travel contract and to defend our rights and redress for our business activity, we may store the personal data you provide to the extent necessary to claim and defend our rights. The storage time results from the law, in particular the Civil Code.
b) In the case of data processing in order to promote the services we offer and to know your preferences, we will process your personal data for as long as you use our services. At any time, you can report to us that you do not want to receive such content from us. Then we will stop shipping them according to your request.
c) In the case of data processing for tax and accounting purposes, we may store the data you provided to the extent and for the period required by law - 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year to which the data pertain and after the provision of services in the field of and for the time necessary to settle the contract.
After the above-mentioned periods, the personal data you provide is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right to file a complaint with PUODO (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe and can justify that we process your personal data contrary to the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of April 27, 2016 (RODO).
You provide us with data on our Portal voluntarily, but remember that it is necessary for us to mediate in concluding your contract for participation in a tourist event with the tour operator or travel insurance contract with the Insurer and, if you wish, send you ours: e.g. Newsletter or other services provided by us electronically, as well as to contact you by phone.
Changes to the privacy policy
The policy is verified on an ongoing basis and updated if necessary. The current version is valid from May 25, 2018.
